What does the 30,000 sq.ft of water park consist of? We have one large pool, one shallow entry kids pool, an oversized hot tub, multiple splash zones, two water slides, movie wall, sport court, ample seating with firepits, and an outdoor bar.
Is the water park open year-round? Yes, the pool area and water park features are open year-round and water is heated. Area may be closed due to extreme weather or maintenance.
Is there a height requirement for the water slides? Guests must meet a minimum height requirement of 48 inches.
What are the operating hours? The pool area opens at 7:00 AM and closes at 10:00 PM daily. Water slides and splash areas are open from 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM. Hours are subject to change without notice. There is no lifeguard on duty.
Do you offer day passes for your pool area? Do you have to be a hotel guest for entry? Outside guests are not allowed entry to the pool deck or water park area. In addition, we do not offer day passes at this time. Guests will receive wristbands upon check-in based on how many guests are in the room, up to maximum of the room reserved.
What should I know if I am celebrating a birthday while staying at Cambia? Many guests love to go to Disneyland to celebrate a special occasion. Cambria would love to be part of that celebration. Please be aware that we do not allow balloons or decorations at the pool area. You can pre-order a fun amenity to be placed in your room through our food and beverage department. Please call the hotel direct for more information.
Is it okay to host a birthday for my child and their friends in the guest room(s)? Unfortunately, we have a "No Party Policy". We do not allow more than the maximum guests per each room type and do charge for any excessive cleaning in the room. Depending on and subject to COVID regulations, the hotel may be able to offer an alternative space for your family to celebrate the birthday. Please contact hotel and ask the Sales Department for more information.
Is there a Resort Fee? There are no resort fees.
What are the taxes on the room rate? Anaheim Occupancy tax is 15%, Anaheim tourism Improvement Tax is 2% and Tourism fee is 0.195% which equals 17.195% per room per night.
Is there on-site parking? Yes. We offer Valet Parking at $24 + tax per day with In/Out privileges. Oversized vehicle and bus parking are not available without prior arrangement through the sales office.
Is there a shuttle to Disneyland? In an effort to relieve street congestion, new hotels in the resort area are no longer permitted to operate their own shuttles to the theme parks. The hotel will participate in the ART (Anaheim Resort Transit) Shuttle that picks up in front of the hotel, street side. Current pricing for ART is listed on the website. ART Tickets can be purchased from the front desk at the Hotel.
Is Disneyland walking distance from your hotel? We are 0.8 miles to Disneyland and the walk time averages 15-20 minutes depending on your pace. The quickest route is to take Disney Way to Harbor Blvd and make a left to the main gate.
Is the Anaheim Convention Center walking distance from your hotel? We are just under a mile to the Anaheim Convention Center. The best route is to take Katella, heading west and you will see the convention center on your left.
Does your hotel have a restaurant? What about breakfast? We offer a complimentary hot buffet breakfast for our overnight hotel guests. We also have an indoor/outdoor Lobby Bar. In the afternoons and evenings, we serve light fare, draft beer, wine, and cocktails. We also have seven fast-casual eateries just steps from our hotel which include: Starbucks, The Habit Burger, California Fish Grill, Jersey Mikes Sandwiches, Yogurtland, Luna Grill, and Ono Hawaiian BBQ.
What are your breakfast hours? Monday – Friday: 6 AM – 9:30 AM (10 AM in the summer and over winter/spring breaks); Saturday – Sunday & Holidays: 7 AM – 10 AM.
Cambria Bar & Bite Hours Open 11 AM – 11 PM daily. Hours subject to change based on occupancy without notice.
How old do you have to be to check in to the hotel? You must be 18 years old or older and have a valid government issued ID and a valid credit card to check in.
Are you pet friendly? No.
What is check in and check out time? Check-in time is 4:00 PM and Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Is there a self-service laundry room? Yes. Washer, dryer, and soap dispensers are activated by credit cards/smart phone payment systems. Coins are not needed/accepted.
Does the hotel have an ATM on site? Yes, an ATM is located in the hotel lobby.
Is there a convenience shop? Yes, the shop is open 24 hours and located in the lobby.
What are the hours of your fitness center? The fitness center is accessible 24 hours/day.
Is there a business center available at the hotel? Yes, the business center is located in the lobby and available 24 hours a day.
How do I purchase Disneyland® Resort tickets? Theme park tickets may be purchased in advance here.
