What to Expect

Your stay at Cambria Hotel & Suites Anaheim Resort Area may look a little different. Please review our updated policies below.

  • Heightened cleaning protocols for high-traffic areas such as the front desk, fitness center and pool, as well as other high-touch surfaces throughout the hotel, using hospital-grade disinfectant approved by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency to combat the spread of COVID-19.
  • Furniture arrangements designed to encourage appropriate social distancing in accordance with CDC guidelines.
  • Housekeeping limited to pre and post-stay service while allowing guests to request delivery of additional toiletries, towels, linens or coffee without having a housekeeper enter the room.
  • Face coverings required in common areas.
  • Complimentary breakfast buffet replaced with individualized breakfast to go.
  • Limited pool capacity with additional security to promote safety and social distancing.
    • Wristbands distributed at check-in for hotel guest-only access to the outdoor patio and pool area. 
  • Water slides are open daily:
    • 10 am - 8 pm
    • Periodic closures will be enforced for enhanced cleaning and safety throughout the day.
  • On-site food & beverage from the lobby bar and restaurant includes takeout service to enjoy in-room or on our outdoor patio, as well as limited indoor seating.
    • 11 am - 11 pm
    • Hours may vary with seasonality and demand.
  • Starbucks, The Habit Burger Grill, Jersey Mike’s, Luna Grill, Ono Hawaiian BBQ, and California Fish Grill are open for takeout and outdoor patio dining only.
